A concrete bucket gets a hoist at the St. Clair Village Condos by Canderel Residential & Kingsett Capital on St. Clair Avenue West in Toronto. The construction manager is Reliance Construction and the work includes one 12-storey, 122-suite mid-rise building containing a wine and co-working lounge with retail on the ground floor. The amenities will include a fitness centre, an indoor/outdoor multi-purpose area and a furnished rooftop terrace. The project was designed by BDP Quadrangle Architects Ltd. Subtrades include Shor-Cais Foundation Contractors (shoring), Dufferin Concrete and Active Excavating.
