Construction is moving up on the 130 QQE Office Condominiums that is part of the Daniels Waterfront development in Toronto.
The project by The Daniels Corp. will include one 10-storey office and one 13-storey office with a total of 167 suites, a four-storey podium, two technologically-advanced boardrooms, a communal lounge with kitchenette and a 4,900-square-foot terrace complete with barbecues, flexible seating areas, commercial parking, bicycle storage and shower facilities. Occupancy has been scheduled for summer 2018 and the architect for the project is RAW Design.
