TORONTO — A worker was injured in a jobsite incident at Leslie Street and Unwin Avenue in Toronto Dec. 17 when a trench box collapsed.
The Ministry of Labour reported the worker was involved in widening the trench box when the injury occurred. The employer of the worker is Powerline Plus.
Ministry inspectors visited the scene with no orders immediately issued and the investigation continuing into a second day.
