The eight-storey Four Points Sheraton Hotel is taking shape in Calgary. The super structure is a pre-engineered, pre-fabricated light gage galvanized steel stud frame system. The owner/general contractor is A1 Hospitality. Mega Building Systems is doing the engineering for the super structure, as well as supplying and installing it. The hotel was designed by Clem Lau Architect Designers. The engineer of record is MMP Structural Engineering. DMH Designs Ltd. is the consulting mechanical engineer, while U-Deck Design Ltd. is the electrical consultant. Mega Cranes Ltd. provided the cranes.
