TGC Acquisition acquires DDR Landscape Contractors

DDR Landscape Contractors Ltd. of Oakville, Ontario has been purchased by TGC Acquisition Corp.

DDR Landscape Contractors Ltd. of Oakville, Ontario announced it has been purchased by TGC Acquisition Corp.

DDR’s clients include municipalities like the Town of Oakville.

“We are excited to have DDR as part of our portfolio and for the opportunity to further build the company throughout the Ontario market,” said TGC Acquisition CEO Susan Tanenbaum.

Employee structural changes at DDR will be minimal. All of the employees will continue to work at DDR and the previous owners will remain an integral part during the transitional period.

TGC Acquisition Corp. is dedicated to investing via “bolt-on” acquisitions across diverse industries.
