Canadian Equipment Rental Fund Limited Partnership (TSXV:CFL) of Calgary announced Monday its financial results for the period ending September 30.
Quarterly revenue more than doubled, to $7.01 million during the three months ending September 30, from $3.275 million during the same period in 2010.
Net income for the quarter was $365,078, compared to a loss of $156,934 during the same period in 2010.
The firm operates Edmonton-based 4-Way Equipment Rentals Corp., which provides a variety of construction equipment including skid steers, loaders, gantry cranes, air compressors, soil compactors, concrete equipment, hammer drills, dust socks and light towers.
“The increase in revenue was due in part to the fact that it was the first full quarter that Maplethorpe Contractors Ltd.'s results were reported in the consolidated results of the Partnership,” CERF president Wayne Wadley stated in a press release.
For the first nine months of the year, revenues increased 77 per cent, from $10.013 million in 2010 to $17.69 million this year.
Net income for the first nine months of 2011 was $1.159 million, compared to a loss of $292,609 for the same period in 2010.
