A joint venture of The Sorbara Group and Diamond Corp. includes one 25-storey tower with a total of 294 units, a two-storey lobby, second floor amenities and three levels of underground parking.
The architect for the project is Page & Steele Inc. IBI Group and II By IV Design Associates is the interior designer. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Able Engineering Inc. (mechanical/electrical) and Ferris and Associates (landscape).
