Work progresses at the Harlowe Condominium on Richmond Street West in Toronto.
The owner is Fortress Real Developments and the developer is Lamb Development Corp. The construction manager is Bluescape Construction Management Inc. and the work includes the renovation of an existing building for retail and a new 14-storey tower with 220 suites and four levels of underground parking. The tower will have a fitness room, private club and dining area. The project was designed by Core Architects Inc. Consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural) and Trace Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).
