Work continues for the Art Shoppe Lofts and Condos on Yonge Street in Toronto.

Freed Developments Ltd. and CD Capital Developments are the owners/developers and completion has been scheduled for early 2020. Toddglen Construction along with Firstcon Group are constructing the 28-storey tower with 624 suites, a 12-storey podium with two floors of retail/commercial, a party room, lounge, infinity pool, saunas, theatre, games room and rooftop garden. The project was designed by architectsAlliance and consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural), Novatrend Engineering Group (mechanical/electrical), Cecconi Simone Inc. (interior) and Janet Rosenberg & Studio (landscape). Subtrades include: Anchor Shoring & Caissons; Aquatech Dewatering; Roni Excavating; Tri-Krete Limited; Avenue Building Corp.; KC Structural; Ankor Engineering; State Window Corporation; Otis Canada; York Marble Inc. (countertops);  Municipal Mechanical; and Panson Electric.
