Work is moving up on the 39 East Liberty mixed-use project in Toronto.
The developers are CentreCourt and Fitzrovia Real Estate Inc. The project being built by Deltera Inc. includes one 25-storey, 440-suite rental tower with three levels of underground parking and ground floor retail. Amenities will include a fitness centre, party/entertainment room, a games room, a yoga studio, a media lounge and a rooftop pool. The project was designed by IBI Group and the landscape architect is NAK Design Strategies. Consultants are Vortex Fire Consulting Inc. and subtrades include: Michaels Bros. Excavating and Deep Foundations Contractors Ltd.
