Work has reached the top floor of the Dylan Condos on Glencairn Avenue in Toronto.
The project, by Chestnut Hill Developments along with Riise Building, includes one 10-storey boutique mid-rise with 218 suites, two levels of underground parking and ground floor retail. Amenities include a party room, billiards lounge, fitness centre with yoga studio and an outdoor terrace. The project was designed by Kirkor Architects & Planners. Consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural); Schaeffers Consulting Engineers (civil); MV Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and Studio TLA (landscape).
