The owner/developer is Hazelton Developments Ltd. and the construction manager is SKYGRiD Construction Inc. The project includes a nine-storey, 99-suite building with two-and-a-half levels of underground parking. The amenities located on the eighth floor will include a fitness centre, party room with a fully equipped kitchen, games room, and a roof-top deck with private sitting and barbecue areas. The project was designed by Gabriel Bodor Architect Inc. Consultants are Atkins Van Groll Inc. (structural), Goldberg Group, Concord Design Ltd. (mechanical/electrical) and Patton Design Studio (interior).
