Gemterra Developments Corp. is the developer and 59 Project Management Inc. is the project manager. The work includes one 21-storey tower with 282 units and townhomes; a central amenity building shared with phase one houses more common areas including an indoor swimming pool and hot tub, change rooms with saunas, and a fitness centre with an aerobics and yoga room. Completion of the project has been scheduled for late 2017. The project was designed by Turner Fleischer Architects Inc. and consultants are: Stephenson Engineering Ltd. (structural); Tanner Hill Associates Inc. (interior) and MBTW Group/W Architect (landscape).
