Facade work is moving up at the condominium project 1 Yorkville in Toronto.

Bazis International and Plazacorp. are the developers and the construction manager is TMG Builders. The project includes one 58-storey tower with 577 suites, five levels of underground parking, multiple pools, a fitness studio, lounge, games room, rooftop deck and retail on the ground floor. The project was designed by R. Varacalli Architect Inc. and NAK Design Group is the landscape architect. Subtrades include: Heritage Restoration; Verdi Alliance (formwork); CBM (concrete supply); Venice Construction Inc. (masonry); Skyrise Drywall, Mayfair Electric; Cooltech (HVAC); Primo Mechanical; Roman Metals and Toro Aluminum (windows).
