Window work is underway as construction moves up at the Upper Beach Club boutique condominiums on Kingston Road in Scarborough, Ont.
The owner/developer is Laurier Homes and Cope Development Corp. is the owners rep. The construction manager is Cope Project Management and the project includes one seven-storey building with 42-suites and two levels of underground parking. Amenities will include a fitness facility and an outdoor yoga terrace. The architect and interior designer is OneSpace Unlimited and the landscape architect is Terraplan Landscape Architects. Consultants are: Read Jones Christoffersen (structural); Trace Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and Lithos Group Inc. (civil). Subtrades include: Skyview General Contracting (excavation); Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd.; Titan Mechanical; KC Structural Ltd. (roofing/waterproofing); Limen Group; and Newmar Windows.
