Construction is moving up on the KSquare Condos on Kennedy Road in Toronto.
Kingdom Properties Investment Ltd. is the owner and the construction manager is SKYGRiD Construction Inc. The project includes one 34-storey tower and one 31-storey tower connected by a seven-storey podium with a total of 646 suites with retail at grade and underground parking. The project will have the largest private condo library and study area in Toronto and amenities include a music rehearsal space, a sports lounge, pet grooming and a kids’ playroom. The residents will also have access to the amenities of the adjacent Sheraton Hotel. The project was designed by IBI Group and consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural), Cole Engineering Group Ltd. (electrical), MCW Group (mechanical), Tomas Pearce Interior Design and Ferris + Associates Inc. (landscape).
