Rebar work is moving along at the Diamond on Yonge Condominiums at 75 Canterbury Place in Toronto.

Owner Diamante Development Corp. along with their construction manager, Ledcor Construction Limited, are building the 30-storey tower with 386 suites and underground parking. Amenities will include a theatre room, party room with full kitchen, library, fitness centre, yoga studio, outdoor gardens and guest suites. The project was designed by Scott Shields Architects and the building exterior was designed by Taylor Smith Architects. Consultants are MV Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (Mechanical and Electrical), Jablonsky Ast & Partners (Structural), Tarra Engineering and Structural Consultants Inc. (Shoring). Subtrades include Dominion Forming Inc., All Mix Concrete Supply, Xact Mechanical Inc. and E-Tech Electrical Services Inc.
